CCRS would like to thank the American Rose Society for selecting our site as Queen Gold Medal Winner for the Best Local Web Site

I would like to personally  thank the ARS Web Site Selection Committee today, March 9, 2007 for  honoring the California Coastal Rose Society web site with the prestigious ARS Local Society Queen.  As the web designer,  I am thrilled and honored to receive this prestigious award.

This web site would not be possible without the brilliant talent of many authors and those who supported the idea to develop this site.  In particular, Dr. Joel Ross and Sharon McColgan who gave me the push to get it started just over one year ago.  Also, my dear friend Ivy Bodin who contributes many beautiful articles and insights.  Last but not least,  my sweet husband, Joe Smith who remained patient with me while many hours were poured into this labor of love.
